Amazing Websites Nine: August 2008

The amazing website series that I have been doing for some time has always been a popular series and a great practice for myself in collecting work that is different yet interesting. In order to keep the quality of featured sites up, I have decided to move the series to a monthly feature. I will now be collecting the sites that I feel are the most unique and interesting every month and featuring them here. I believe that doing this will allow for a larger pool of sites to select from so that only amazing websites are recognized.

I will still however be keeping the format of the series the same, only featuring sites that I personally feel are interesting and different. Submissions are not taken and sites are selected based upon excellence in creativity and design. If you would like to see your site here in a future post, then follow the trends and avoid them.

    Wow, those are really amazing designs. I really love the second to the last. But everything is top notch. I love your site. it is very inspiring and have lots of great designs. I will surely be back to see more.

    Love the My Sour Sally site, the way she shakes she head as she walks is fab and the backdrop is very surreal.

    That’s a great list, the Adrenalin Journal is a really great looking site, with plenty of animation and sound effects, but If I was a regular visitor, it would get quite annoying.

    Maybe that’s why plain image websites stand the test of time…
