Anthony is a proponent of conceptually based design that is both measurable and practical in nature. He prides himself on his ability find solutions to graphic design problems that are effective as well as aesthetically pleasing. Anthony is a multi-discipled graphic designer whom is equally comfortable working within the constrains of the web, print, or three dimensional objects. Why Another Graphic Design Blog?

The name Positive Space is a reference to the idea of content vs. presentation. The blog serves to be a resource for graphic designers, and other design minded individuals rather than being just another pretty blog. While beauty is the goal of every designer, Anthony is aware that a blog that offers nothing of interest is of little value to anyone. The writings on Positive Space are considerably different than other “design” blogs. The topics range from the typical inspirational roundup to functional articles based around running a successful agency and working as a professional graphic designer.

Ultimately valuable and interesting content is the main priority of Positive Space, followed by fostering a place for open discussion of Graphic Design. Graphic design blogs come and go every day, but Positive Space is different because it seeks to share what is important not what is trendy or link worthy.

When Was Positive Space Started?

The initial hosting account was exceeded within 2 weeks and the site now reaches in excess of 100,000 readers per month.
